Anheuser-Busch is the leading American brewer, with nearly half of U.S. beer sales.

The company operates 12 breweries from coast to coast in the United States where it brews, packages and ships the world's best-selling beers, Budweiser and Bud Light, and an array of others.

Anheuser-Busch also brews a portfolio of specialty beers, malt beverages and the world's leading non-alcohol brews and has import alliances with several international brewers including InBev and Grolsch. Through new product development and a series of strategic alliances, the company has branched out into other beverage categories as well, including energy drinks, spirits and other non-alcohol offerings. Through its international subsidiary, the company brews Budweiser locally in 12 countries outside of the United States and sells it in key beer markets around the globe.

Anheuser-Busch also is one of the largest theme park operators in the United States, entertaining more than 22 million guests in 2006 at its nine Anheuser-Busch Adventure Parks, which include SeaWorld, Busch Gardens and Sesame Place. The company (through its packaging subsidiary) also is a major manufacturer of aluminum cans and is one of the world's largest recyclers of aluminum beverage containers.
