Sales Management Trainee Program
We attract the brightest, most driven gradates and nurture talent by giving relevant experiences right from the start. Our goal is to find people who are ready to take on a challenging Field Sales position early on in their careers and set the pace for the organization as a whole. We achieve this by putting the trainees through an intensive 17-week training program before their first entry-level management role.
The Program
- Begins July 2012
- 17-week training period
- 4-week WOD (company-owned wholesaler) training
- 2-week field Region Sales training
- Exposure to Trade Marketing, National Retail Sales
- Job-shadowing key roles
- First position is an entry-level field Sales management position at the conclusion of training
- Designed as a development role for new or recent graduates
- Trainees will be able to gain insight into every aspect of the Sales Department and learn from the ground-up; hands-on
- Opportunities to develop leadership skills and true business experience
- Gain exposure to senior leaders in the Sales organization
