Brewery Group Manager Program
Supply Group Managers:
An entry-level managerial role in one of our 12 domestic breweries
to gain experience in Brewing, Operations, and Quality Assurance
Responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting key equipment and processes
Lead and coach front-line operations employees
Development and execution of production plans and maintenance schedules
This program will enable each group manager to:

Learn the supply organization using a hands-on, bottom to top approach

Develop and enhance true leadership and development skills

Gain exposure to key leaders in supply
Objective:
To quickly immerse the new employee into the Supply organization to ensure
He/she is knowledgeable of the roles and responsibilities
Activities to include:
- Company Induction and Brewery facility overview
- Job responsibility orientation and brewery-specific training
- Functional Training: hands-on training directly with the Brewing,
Operations and Quality Assurance Teams
All GM trainees will rotate at various paces, based on business need
and skills of the individual

LeadershipTraining: oversee the hourly operations workforce
Understand the role of a leader in a brewery and the associated
non-operational responsibilities

Final Assignment: Full-time placement in one of the rotation departments
