Brewery Group Manager

Group Managers work in the brewing, operations, logistics or utilities department in one of our twelve domestic brewery locations.  Group managers learn the brewing process and supply organization through brewery-specific training using a hands-on approach. This entry-level managerial role provides the opportunity to develop strong leadership skills while gaining exposure to key leaders in supply.

Primary group manager responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring product consistency and quality
  • Monitoring equipment and key processes
  • Planning and maintaining brewing or production plans
  • Supervising the workforce

Training activities include:

  • Company induction and facility overview
  • Job responsibility orientation
  • Leadership and brewery-specific, hands-on training
